Description:
This is diameter 38mm cleaner cap main part for bottle which material is PP. The mould do in 8cavity suitable work on 160T injection machine. It is cold runner, core and cavity use heat treatment steel ASSAB S136, mould base standard stainless steel 4CR13, the demould structure by stripper plate
The mould injection way is sub gate point, During mould running the cap and runner material drop automatically to save worker's cost
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts.
