Description:
This is 3cavity warning box plastic blowing mould, the mould structure within auto-deflashing system, can cut the bottom extra raw material automatic in machine and no need workers second tear off. the neck within air bag design and design knife active by air to finish cutting inside the mould, more fast and convience then improve output meanwhile
The main mould cavity steel is German2316 stainles steel, but other kinds steel like P20, S136 or Alum are optional, the cavity surface do sandblast and make full enough venting, reasonable cooling lines circle around the cavity to meet good cooling during production.
Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge
