This is D28mm round cap in PP material fit for bottle, the mould cavity surface high glossy, this cap have temper proof ring which finish by second processing by slitting machine, Mould do in cold runner, core and cavity use German2344 do heat treatment which HRC touch 48-52°,
mould base use 718H
The mould demould system by stripper plate. can running on 160T injection machine
